3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our services, you agree to:

  • Refrain from using our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

4. Purchases and Payments

Fees for our services are clearly defined in the approved proposal or service agreement shared with each client. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule mentioned in the invoice. Service delivery will only begin once the initial payment or full project payment (as agreed) has been successfully received and confirmed by Digital Prospo.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services are owned by Digital Prospo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
